Hypernology at AI EXPO KOREA 2025: what we showed and why it matters

Hypernology demonstrated its AI Vision and AI Safety solutions at AI EXPO KOREA 2025, showcasing live defect detection with 99% accuracy and zero reconfiguration across thousands of product variants. The booth highlighted edge‑hardware that runs on existing cameras, providing real‑time monitoring and hazard detection for manufacturers.

Hypernology at AI EXPO KOREA 2025: what we showed and why it matters

3 days. COEX Seoul. 99% detection running live on the show floor.

AI EXPO KOREA 2025 ran May 14-16 at the COEX Exhibition Centre in Seoul. One of Asia's largest dedicated AI exhibitions. Hypernology had a full booth running HyperQ AI Vision and HyperQ AI Safety on live production scenarios.

No slide decks. Working hardware, working software, real inspection tasks, real time.

On the booth

HyperQ AI Vision demonstrated live defect detection across multiple product types. The system switched between product variants with zero reconfiguration--the same capability that handles 8,000+ variants in production. 99% detection accuracy held through all three days. Under 10 milliseconds per frame.

HyperQ AI Safety showed real-time hazard detection: worker positioning, equipment proximity, safety zone enforcement. Multiple camera feeds processed simultaneously for full floor coverage.

AI Vision Devices--Purpose-built edge hardware including the Pattern Inspector and PCB Inspector. Local inference, no cloud dependency. Designed to plug into existing camera infrastructure without replacing anything.

Universal inspection demos--Live runs on standard industrial cameras that manufacturers already own. The point: AI vision that works on your equipment, not equipment you buy to make the AI work.

Why this event matters

AI EXPO KOREA draws exhibitors and visitors from across the AI ecosystem--hardware, software, applications, research. Hosted by the Korea Artificial Intelligence Association.

For Hypernology, three things came out of it. Running HyperQ AI Vision on a show floor under uncontrolled conditions--varying lighting, continuous three-day operation--demonstrated the same robustness the system delivers in factories. Visitors could walk booth to booth and compare solutions directly. And for Southeast Asian manufacturers attending the event, it confirmed that the technology is production-ready and actively expanding across the region.

From award to expo in five days

AI EXPO KOREA (May 14-16) came five days after CEO Lee Nam-hee received the Minister of Science and ICT Award at the 58th Science Day ceremony (May 9). Coincidental timing. Consistent message: technology recognized by the Korean government for technical merit, and simultaneously running live against real inspection tasks on a public show floor.

For manufacturers evaluating AI vision

What Hypernology demonstrated at AI EXPO KOREA 2025 was not a controlled demo. It was a working system under real conditions for three consecutive days.

The same HyperQ AI Vision system is available for deployment in Singapore and Malaysia through Hypernology APAC Pte. Ltd. One-week prototype deployment at your facility, no cost, no commitment.
